Things are in full swing now at the farm. Seed sowing began with a great range of tomatoes and peppers. These have already been potted on and will be planted in the polytunnels in just less than a month! The slow pace of winter seems a distant memory. We are hardening off beetroot, spring onions, and salads now in the open air and will soon be planting them in the freshly prepared beds of Oakbrook’s market garden.
