Summer is in full swing now at the farm - and the temperatures these last few weeks have proved challenging for growers and plants alike! But our indefatigable farm team and our brave volunteers have been working hard in the sunshine to bring you delicious organic vegetables, and much more besides.

And now you can read all about what's happening up at Stroud Community Agriculture - in the latest issue of the SCA Summer Newsletter!

In this issue, you'll find:

  • A farm report from grower Joe reflecting on cunning rats, irrigation and bridging the hungry gap
  • Updates from the packing shed including news on delicious olive oil and pick-your-own
  • Reports from the Core Group, the Volunteers, and our Twinning Coordinators
  • News and pictures from our brilliant May Barn Dance
  • Recipes, insights, invitations and photos galore

As SCA members, we'd love to hear your news, recipes, insights and opinions for future newsletters. So if you've got something to share, please do send it in to us at newsletter@stroudcommunityagriculture.org.

Best wishes and have a great summer. Stay cool out there everyone!
